Poem - Anger's Power

I've found that, in my life, anger has almost always made matters worse. I'm going to try not to get so angry any more. I guess that means I can't get angry at myself when I get angry?

Hate it breeds, love’s devoured
Adds fuel to conflicts, and in the end
It can win you battles, but lose you friends
